Each module is accompanied by multiple screens equipped with a speaker button. Lectures can be stopped and reviewed in the event a concept needs further explaining.  There are a total of 20 modules.

Modules are introduced with the concepts for the CCO candidate to be prepared for the lesson.  Each details a specific part of the book, and the exam questions are taken from the lectures as well as the book.

any other important considerations

Modules carefully explain each concept not just for passing the exam, but for real life situations.  Every passing candidate is mentored on their first audit and guidance is provided for a satisfactory customer experience. 

Terms and situations used in practice are taught.  Monthly online sessions with candidates teach proper process for audits, which forms to use, which tests should be performed to provide the client with reasonable assurance.

Every module ends with a multiple-choice quiz which the exam questions are often derived from .  There is a multiple-choice practice exam before the licensing exam, so the material will be familiar to the candidate.
